What a year! Looking back, this year has been the most incredible year CRD has ever had. Though by some commercial real estate standards our numbers are small, we feel blessed and honored to have not only accomplished our goals but exceeded them.
We set a goal at the beginning of the year to reach $12M in self storage sales with 3 new listings for 2021. By God’s grace we ended 2021 with nearly $16M in storage sales and a total of 7 storage listings. Since we started focusing on storage sales in 2020, we have sold $22,600,000 totaling 313,700 square feet or 1,192 units. What a year!
