CRD Realty has been in existence since 2017. Beginning in early 2020, we focused our brokerage activities on the self storage industry. Today, CRD Realty specializes in providing commercial brokerage services for buyers and sellers of self-storage and RV parks assets across the southeast portion of Texas to include cities such as Houston, San Antonio, Beaumont, Galveston, Austin, College Station, Huntsville, Lufkin, The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Katy, Magnolia, Tomball and Bay City. We are also proud members of the Texas Self-Storage Association (TSSA) as well as the Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO).
Additionally, CRD Realty provides owners of self-storage and RV park assets with valuation services, competitor rates, and in depth feasibility reports. Through our on demand consulting services, we also provide guidance to buyers looking to acquire off-market or out of state properties. Utilizing our industry specific tools, CRD Realty can provide unmatched advisement and analyses to help get our clients the most important information and make the best decisions.
Our President and Broker, Ryan Dooley, has been a licensed Texas real estate agent since graduating from Texas A&M in 2010. Since early 2020, Ryan has brokered over $54,000,000.00 in deals equating to 2,500+ self storage units or 500,000+ square feet of rentable space. He is not only a licensed real estate broker, but he also has an MBA with a focus in commercial real estate finance. Ryan is also a licensed pilot and avid aviation enthusiast. In Ryan’s free time, he loves spending time with his children and wife of 10 years at their Montgomery, TX home.

Obtaining a Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) is usually the first step in the process of determining whether a property is ready to sell. A Broker Opinion of value represents an estimated sale price for a property. It is not the same as the opinion of value in an appraisal developed by a licensed appraiser under the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. A BOV will provide you, the owner, with an accurate opinion on what the market will value your property at based on its historic performance, usually the preceding 12 months, also known as the “Trailing-12”.
