As an off market opportunity, CRD Realty worked for over a year reaching out to this owner on behalf of the buyer/our client Montgomery Self Storage. After numerous attempts we finally were able to get a hold of the owner. We worked with the owner for several months trying to get the information we needed to make an educated and responsible offer. However, we soon found out he went ahead and listed it with another broker whom we immediately reached out to in order to get the deal done. After a couple of delays during the contract period, we were finally able to close. The buyer owns the storage property next door and will be using this property to expand their current storage footprint in that area. This makes our 3rd deal with Montgomery Self Storage in less than 2 years.
